Worship Services

Sunday Mornings

Our two styles of worship differ mainly in the style of music and the use of liturgy. At both services we emphasize praise, prayer and the proclamation of God’s word.

About 9:30 Alive!

This contemporary worship service offers energetic praise, as well as deep and meaningful worship. Music is led by Scott Tinsley along with a full band and our Praise Choir. Together we seek to join hearts with the Father as he leads us into union with him. We lift our voices in praise as we exalt His holy name. We bow our hearts in worship as we give thanks for the many blessings He has poured out on our lives. The music we enjoy sharing in worship comes from Hillsong, Willow Creek, Tommy Walker, Integrity Music, Robin Mark, MorningStar, and Michael W. Smith, as well as our own worship team.

Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. – John 4:23

About the Traditions Service

This traditional service brings to worship familiar hymns from the United Methodist Hymnal, a blended style of traditional favorites and choruses as well as choral music. Music is led by Elisabeth Callahan-Crumrine, accompanied by piano or organ and the Traditional Choir. Through music, prayer, liturgy and God’s word we seek to exalt and glorify the name of the Lord.

Our worship in both its diversity and its unity is an encounter with the living God through the risen Christ in the power of the Holy Spirit. When the people of God gather the Spirit is free to move them to worship in diverse ways, according to their needs. – The United Methodist Book of Worship
